Carol
Noble is a dedicated artist who is passionate in her efforts to portray
on canvas the beauty of God’s bountiful creation. Born in San
Francisco, California, she has lived most of her years in the Pacific
Northwest where she finds herself surrounded by inspiring beauty.
Carol
raised a family and also spent several years working in the corporate
world. She is now focused toward making art her full time career and
is exploring new avenues to get her artwork to the public.
Art expression has always been a big factor in her life. Although
she is primarily self-taught, she studied for five years with artist
Delight McLemore, an experience that has proved invaluable in her
artistic growth.
After
working in oils for 25 years, Carol has branched out into the exciting
medium of pastels. She is a member of the Northwest Pastel Society,
Sky Valley Artists’ Guild, Valley General Hospital Art Committee,
and has been instrumental in helping form the new Arts of Snohomish
cooperative. She now teaches Pastel and Oil classes at Arts of Snohomish.
Her work encompasses Seascape, Landscape, Floral, Portraiture and
Animal life. She has gained recognition for her paintings over the
years and has enjoyed several successful experiences with commission
work. Carol appreciates growing recognition through her participation
in various exhibits in the area, and looks forward to wider access
to those who appreciate fresh approaches to the inspiring beauty of
the Pacific Northwest.
